The Chalk Festival at The Cleveland Museum Of Art

One of the most anticipated and enjoyable end-of-summer events in Cleveland and maybe in all of Northeast Ohio, the Annual Chalk Festival is held for one weekend every September in the Fine Arts Garden behind the museum. This is a sampling of my favorite photos from those events, which I hope reflect my love and admiration not just for the incredible artwork on the walkways, but also for the artists and the joyous spirit they bring to the grounds of the world-renowned Cleveland Museum Of Art.

Of all the places I go to capture beauty in pixels, none reward me the way the Chalk Festival does at the Cleveland Museum of Art, in my beloved city of Cleveland, Ohio. I believe it must be among the most beautiful of outdoor events anywhere. I hope our paths will cross this year… somewhere in the Fine Arts Garden behind the museum!
